Before making your reservation:
Table´s capacity
The size of the table is not variable, and the capacity is regulated and organized according to the reservations, so it is necessary to respect the number of people available and offered in the application when making your reservation, if you do not, your reservation could be penalized and cancelled, if the program doesn´t offer the capacity you need, contact reception and we will find a solution.

ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES
You should keep in mind that you are coming to a gastronomic restaurant with tasting menus and that we do not offer à la carte service.
Our menus are made up of vegetables, fish and meat, and we do not have vegan or vegetarian menus.
On the other hand, we want you to know that for the 2025 season, the tasting menu features a significant presence of fish and meats. Therefore, we will not accommodate diners who refuse this ingredient, as it compromises the structure of the menu.
All intolerances must be indicated when making the reservation and AT THE SAME TIME, communicate it by email to reservas@
Otherwise, we are not responsible for making the necessary changes.

Children´s menu
We have a children´s menu to kids up to 12 years old but it is not a tasting menu, so the discrepancies in the times of both menus are inevitable and can cause some discomfort.
ABOUT THE RESERVATION TIME
When making your reservation you have the option of selecting a shift for each lunch or dinner service.
We will normally respect the time you have selected, although it is possible that for organizational reasons we may have to modify it, of course, it will always be within the service you have reserved.
In these cases your reservation could be modified for a few minutes, and we will notify you in sufficient time.
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know as far in advance as possible. You can cancel or modify your reservation without any associated charge up to 48 hours before the date of your reservation. If we are not notified in writing or by phone within this time frame, we reserve the right to charge €60 per guest (10% VAT included).
Reservation confirmation
Always you make a reservation, you must receive a confirmation email, otherwise the reservation has not been made correctly and it not firm.
Reservation conditions
Dear customer, in order to improve our service, we have adopted a reservation system with credit card verification. This aims to avoid the high number of reservations made without prior notice, preventing others from having the opportunity to visit our restaurant.
To make a reservation, it is mandatory to accept these conditions and the cancellation policy. At the time of booking, and in order to guarantee it, credit/debit card details will be requested. Your table will NOT be confirmed until you receive an email indicating so.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy for reservations is as follows:
There will be no cost for the customer as long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation, either by email or by phone. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge €60 per guest via the credit card provided.
