ABOUT TABLE CAPACITY

It is important that you respect the number of guests allowed by the booking system at the time of making your reservation. This is due to the size of the tables and the dining room capacity organization. If the system does not offer the capacity you need for your chosen date, please contact reception; otherwise, we may have to cancel your reservation.

We do not accommodate groups larger than 12 people. For reservations for 3 people or groups larger than 8, you must contact reception at: reservas@restaurantecallizo.es

ABOUT ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES

Please note that you are visiting a fine dining restaurant offering tasting menus only; we do not offer an à la carte service.

Our menus include vegetables, fish, and meat, and we do not offer vegan or vegetarian menus.

Please also explain that during the 2026 season, the tasting menu features a significant presence of both fish and meat. Therefore, we cannot accept guests who refuse these products, as this would alter the structure and concept of the menu.

All allergies or intolerances must be indicated when making the reservation and, AT THE SAME TIME, communicated by email to reservas@restaurantecallizo.es. The reception department will review your reservation and confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the necessary adjustments can be made.

CHILDREN’S MENU

Although we offer a children’s menu for children up to 12 years old, please note that the dining experience and timing of the tasting menu differ from those of the children’s menu. Therefore, delays or timing mismatches may occasionally occur, potentially causing discomfort for your party and other guests.

ABOUT RESERVATION TIMES AND THE IMPORTANCE OF PUNCTUALITY

Punctuality is very important for the restaurant due to the format and progression of the tasting menu experience.

For this reason, we recommend arriving a few minutes before your reservation time. Reception will contact you in advance to confirm the final reservation time and/or request any additional information the restaurant may need, such as allergies, children’s menus, etc.

Our restaurant operates with very tight reservation schedules in order to provide the best possible service to all guests. Therefore, any delay, even if minimal, may affect the proper functioning of the service.

Please remember that arriving late for your reservation may result in changes to your dining experience or even make it impossible to complete the full experience.

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible. You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation date. If we are not notified in writing or by phone within this timeframe, we reserve the right to charge €60 per guest (10% VAT included).

We will contact you 48 hours before your reservation date to reconfirm your booking. It is very important that you complete this process.

ABOUT RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Whenever you make a reservation, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, it means that some part of the process was not completed and the reservation is not confirmed.

Reservation conditions

Dear customer, in order to improve our service, we have adopted a reservation system with credit card verification. This aims to avoid the high number of reservations made without prior notice, preventing others from having the opportunity to visit our restaurant.

To make a reservation, it is mandatory to accept these conditions and the cancellation policy. At the time of booking, and in order to guarantee it, credit/debit card details will be requested. Your table will NOT be confirmed until you receive an email indicating so.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy for reservations is as follows:
There will be no cost for the customer as long as the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation, either by email or by phone. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge €60 per guest via the credit card provided.
